Chief Technical Officer

Job Description

Develop and applies modern engineering techniques, concepts and approaches to complex engineering problems.
Will provide technical guidance/training over a group and supervise engineering staff on projects of low to medium complexity
Will be responsible for developing, validating, and presenting specialist/technical output.
Assemble, install, or maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics.
Provide expert consultation on solar PV plant components such as modules, inverters, meteorological stations, and trackers.
Supervision of solar PV design optimization for cost reduction and performance improvement, including for engineer-procure-construct (EPC) projects.
Partner with senior level internal stakeholders and liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design results.
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records approach and details, etc.

Requirements

B.Eng. (Hons.) Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Professional certification in this field will be an added advantage
Not less than 7-10 years working experience
Awareness of the latest Solar market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
Must Possess Project Management Skill
Effective Team lead and Managerial Skill
Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully, etc.
