Sales, Marketing and Partnership Manager (Agric Trade)

Job Summary

As our sales marketing and partnership manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost sales, create impactful marketing campaigns, and establish key partnerships to expand our market footprint. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the agricultural trade ecosystem, with proven expertise in relationship management and business development.

Responsibilities

Lead our business  development  efforts in  the  agricultural trade  sector  across Africa..
Build and  strengthen  supply chains  by  partnering with  farmers,  cooperatives, and agro-producers.
Develop and  manage  trade partnerships  to  expand our  footprint in  local  and global  agro markets.
Identify and  implement  strategies to  reduce  inefficiencies  and improve  trade  profitability.
Promote our  Agri trade  platform to  industry  stakeholders, ensuring  adoption  and growth.
Monitor market  trends,  ensuring we remain leader  in the  agro-trade  ecosystem.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or partnerships, preferably in agriculture or trade.
In-depth knowledge of the Agri Trade ecosystem, including supply chain dynamics and market trends.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts effectively.
