Job Summary
A highly skilled and self-motivated Chief Security Officer is required to oversee and direct all security-related initiatives at our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will safeguard company assets, personnel, products, and facilities while adhering to established security policies and procedures.
Seeking an experienced professional to fulfill a multifaceted role encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of five years in a related field, along with proficiency in project management software and exceptional analytical skills. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant discipline, complemented by strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, familiarity with industry regulations and a track record of driving organizational growth are essential.
An HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
A minimum of a decade in security, including at least five years overseeing teams within fast-moving consumer goods or manufacturing operations.
Possesses extensive expertise in industrial security operations, risk management, and investigative procedures.
Accomplished leadership, exceptional communication abilities, and strong report-writing proficiency.
Professionals with backgrounds in retired military, law enforcement, or paramilitary roles and applicable industry expertise are strongly encouraged to submit their applications.
