Role and Responsibilities
Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers to expand Koins MFBank’s Personal Banking portfolio.
Build relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell products/services via phone, email or chat
Position the bank as the leading choice in the market by effectively communicating our value proposition
Proactively identify the needs of potential and existing customers.
Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define the target audience.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other factors affecting marketing strategies.
Asset and Liability Management
Create quality risk assets and meet defined targets in asset creation and liability generation.
Deliver quality customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities, including performance reviews.
Analyze and report on personal banking activities to inform strategy and improve performance.
Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and objectives.
Support the Team Lead, Business Manager, or Head of Personal Banking in executing business strategies and initiatives.
Drive growth in Current Account Savings Account (CASA).
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A minimum of a Higher National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Knowledge of Microfinance Principles is preferable
Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of Financial Regulations
Knowledge of Compliance
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Stress Management/Knowledge of Health and Wellness
Data entry and record-keeping skills
