Develop and implement the school’s strategic plan.
Oversee the daily operations of the school.
Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
Train and supervise staff.
Develop and implement the curriculum.
Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and the community.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and students.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students and staff.
Represent the school in the community.
Implement policies and procedures to support the school’s mission and goals.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.
Ensure effective communication within the school and with external stakeholders.
Promote professional development opportunities for staff.
Oversee the maintenance and improvement of school facilities.
Lead efforts to improve student outcomes.
Ensure the school is prepared for inspections and audits.
Requirements:
B. A / B.Sc. /B.Sc. Ed. / PGDE / Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in educational administration.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of educational best practices.
Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders..
Must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
