Your activities

Devising and executing a comprehensive, sustainable Country Strategy for Nigeria is essential, ensuring full alignment with WIKI’s mission, established frameworks, and ethical standards as outlined in its Code of Conduct.

As the lead for sales across WIKI’s entire portfolio within key customer segments—including Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Food & Beverages, Power, Refining, PCs, and local partners—you will collaborate closely with our global team to drive business growth and expand our market presence.

Overseeing, executing, and updating pricing and procurement agreements within key accounts forms a core responsibility of this role.

Develop and oversee the existing and prospective distribution channel network within the assigned country.

The role must consistently achieve or surpass established financial targets, including budgetary goals, while providing accurate monthly and quarterly sales results and forecasts.

To cultivate and expand relationships with current clients while also identifying opportunities for enhancement, with the goal of surpassing established sales targets.

Overseeing sales, business development, and marketing initiatives for leading products and services in Nigeria represent the core responsibility of this role.

Crafting and executing strategic initiatives to expand the business, enhance revenue, and optimize profitability from both the current installed base and the cultivation of new accounts are key responsibilities of this role.

Continuously enhance WIKI’s value proposition for customers, thereby elevating overall customer satisfaction levels.

Your profile

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally with a specialization in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical disciplines, is essential.

A strong preference exists for candidates currently residing in Nigeria, with a particular emphasis on Lagos. Ideal applicants will possess direct experience within the oil and gas (O&G) sector, complemented by a solid background in process instrumentation and automation.

With a minimum of five years of demonstrated expertise in the field, the candidate must exhibit a strong track record of achievement in sales, sales management, and direct engagement with oil and gas (O&G) clients.

A collaborative professional who excels in team environments and actively contributes to collective goals while fostering strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues.

Able to foster motivation and teamwork throughout the organization, operating effectively within a diverse, multicultural, multinational, and matrix-structured environment.

Delivers consistently strong market visibility and fosters an extensive network within the Nigerian business landscape.

A demonstrated ability to maintain high resilience under pressure, coupled with exceptional skills in influencing, negotiating, and closing deals.
