JOB SUMMARYThe HR Manager oversees all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes within Carlcare Development Nigeria. The HR Manager will support the business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company HR strategy and objectives.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Define the strategic direction and lead direction for the Human Resources function, developing HR strategies aligned to the overall objectives of the Company.
Coordinate all Human Resources training programs and assign the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs.
Drive manpower planning processes to ensure all resource requirements are based on periodic business plans and are justified regarding revenues and growth estimates (ROI).
Develop processes, procedures and systems for the department in order to deliver the Department’s strategy and action plans.
Manage overall culture of the organization, initiate programs to ensure alignment of culture to company Vision, Mission and core values
Determine, measure, benchmark and interpret departmental and organizational KPIs and implement corrective measures where applicable
Liaise with Heads of the various Business Units so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of the business units.
Ensures that work related problems, grievances and disciplinary actions are handled in line with company laid down policies and procedures.
Utilize outside resources in order to monitor issues and concerns in employment law, communicating potential changes to senior management.
Design a comprehensive and industry accepted salary structure to keep all employees productive, satisfied, and motivated to contribute to the organizational profitability.
Retain access into Organization’s payroll system.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Business or a related field, from a reputable institution. MSc degree in Personnel Management area is a plus.
Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in human resources management, at least
3 of which should have been at a Senior management level in structured organizations.
Relevant professional qualifications from a recognized professional body (e.g. CIPM, CIPD, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.)
Experience at a Technology company or with another high-growth organization
Must not be older than 38, by December 2018.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 Must possess appropriate culture awareness. Experience working in a multicultural environment will be an added advantage.
Must possess excellent leadership skills and experience in collaborating communicating with multiple stakeholders including senior colleagues.
Must possess good written and verbal Excellent communication, business presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Understanding of local labor and employment legislations.
Must possess an in-depth understanding of resource planning, organizational design HR strategy and policy development, and implementation of change management activities.
