Details:

Provide project management support all Project Managers at Various sites
Assist with documentation of project documents such as the Contracts and , Project Documents etc.
Coordinates training and regular project meetings
Implement governance standards such as tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project deliverables
Manage the project level risks and issues register
Carry out assurance review processes as required by the Project Manager
Issues Project completion certificate  of completion on every milestone achieved
Assist with all project milestone invoicing
Resolve invoicing and payment issues
Ensure all terms and conditions described  in the contracts are met
Design of project templates to support the Project Managers
Monitor project progress and address potential issues
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
Measure and report on project performance
Management of refund, claims and penalties related issues
Act as the point of contact for all project stakeholder
Update and administer the project plan as required using reports from Project Managers and the outcomes of project  meetings and workshops
Manage project communications including regular reporting cycle requests.
