Duties
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot of operating systems and application software
Install and configure print servers, shared printers, scanners and other network devices and peripherals
Identify and evaluate poor performing systems and recommend corrective actions, upgrades, patches or improvement as needed
Attend to help desk requests including hardware and software problems
Report malicious or suspicious activity on systems to Sr. System & Network Administrator and IT Manager.
Maintain user access administration and register employees on biometric server
Requirements
B.Sc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in System Administration
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) is a must
