Spearhead the primary duties outlined for the role, ensuring thorough execution of all assigned tasks. Lead and oversee critical projects, maintaining strict adherence to established timelines and quality standards. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability throughout all processes.
Develop and execute Civic Education lessons that align with established curriculum standards.
Engage students in fostering a sense of civic duty, instilling core values, and deepening their understanding of national identity.
Evaluate student performance and offer insightful, actionable feedback to support their development.
Tailor instructional strategies to accommodate a wide range of learning preferences and requirements.
Facilitate students’ readiness for WAEC examinations as well as internal assessments.
Ensure a well-organized and controlled classroom environment while fostering positive behavior and minimizing disruptions.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project demands are required. Excellent communication and organizational capabilities are also necessary to ensure project success.
A bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Civic Education, or a closely related discipline is required.
A valid and pertinent teaching certification might be a prerequisite for this position.
Exceptional interpersonal abilities and the capacity to effectively oversee classroom environments are essential.
Skilled in fostering student engagement and inspiring motivation within the learning environment.
Proficiency in obtaining TRCN certification is highly beneficial.
