Being a strategic partner for the management in West Africa
Evaluate HR process results in the context of business needs
Manage recruitment of employees
Implement and standardize HR regulation and policies
Manage HR processes (e.g. performance review, salary review, employee development, grading systems, compensation, etc.) according to company policy
Initiate/maintain strategic alliances with educational institutions to facilitate pipeline for talent sourcing
Coordinate personnel marketing in the region
Manage the Associate Survey
Manage inbound international assignments
Ensure implementation of “Corporate Benefit Systems”
In-country bundling of corporate standard training: Responsible for organization and rollout of the agreed Training Portfolio
Point of contact for employee representatives as organized centrally in the country
In coordination with RBAF/HRC, the HR Manager will be involved in Africa-wide HR projects
